SYSTEM CHANGES AND MAJOR UPGRADES ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear members,

In order for the company to further expand globally, the company will be undergoing system changes and upgrades to accommodate an even more international modus operandi within these few days to bring forth a fairer, better and longer lasting system to all members. Among which the system changes will be as per below for your reference:

The Changes:

1）The company will start the "New User First" policy starting from 22-July-2021, more weight and resources will be given to members and packages who joined after 1-June-2021.

2）Global share bonus amount will be increased for the "Fairox Club Membership" from 1-August-2021.

3）“Coin Wallet” (Members who joined before 1-June-2021) Changes as per below:

• All “Coin Wallet” withdrawal requests will not be processed starting from 22-July-2021 as usual.

• Members can still request withdrawal for the “Coin Wallet”, but all “Coin Wallet” withdrawal requests will only be processed at the end of each of the 12 phases.

• During the processing of withdrawal requests from the “Coin Wallet”, FOMC will be sold on Fairox.com (Crypto Exchange) by the company. The traded amount of USDT will be deposited to the same wallet address that requested from members.

4）Minimum & maximum traded FOMC price will be removed and replaced with a standardized price range as per below until further notice. Below FOMC price will be reflected on Fairox.com (Crypto Exchange) and take effect starting from 22-July-202.
